A Regina woman co-accused in the disturbing death of her three-year-old son is hoping to be released from jail with electronic monitoring.
Anna Wilkes, 29, appeared in Regina Provincial Court Tuesday morning where her lawyer asked the judge to order a bail report — the goal is to see if that kind of release is an option.
The proceedings were set over to Friday, when the report should be done.
It's alleged Wilkes failed to get Nylan Jordan George Clark medical attention that could have saved his life. She's also accused of attempting to burn his body inside of the van he was found in on May 3, trying to destroy the evidence.
