Man taken to hospital after accident

A man has been taken to hospital after a vehicle accident.
The accident occured on 28th Street and Central Avenue between a motorcycle and a truck and delayed south-bound traffic.
The driver of motorcycle was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
Neither the truck nor the motorcycle appeared to have major damage.
