West Flat does some spring cleaning

Charlene Miller, Prince Albert City Councilor for Ward 1, organized a clean-up day for the west flat area. Starting from the Bernice Sayese Centre Volunteers walked around the neighborhood today picking up garbage and encouraging members of the community to join in.
