Congratulations Renee, Her Team won the Calorie count challenge in Week 3 at the Ranch.
Renee had the highest percentage of weight loss from the scale last night. She successfully removed 3.4 unwanted unhealthy pounds and took home a grocery bag prize full of fresh -effective- training tools. This weeks prize will give her a one pound advantage on the scale for week 4 girls. $250.00 is the big prize after 8 weeks. Renee is a fighter…. watch out FitStars! She is defiantly a big competitor.
Azure- Easy name to remember! You will see her name in the top 3 every week of this challenge! She is here to win it all! Another 4.2 pounds gone girls! She is not play’n ! Azure is working hard at home to win it. Our Goal for May is to Train 30minutes 5x’s all month, When Azure puts the petal to the metal she makes flames with that goal! Burning things up in Bellevue! Azure, Way to go….. Watch for her!
Lorna- Lorna she IS a FitStar cougar! She looks like a butterfly and stings like a Bee! She worked through our FitStar Circuit 1 with a smile and won the war on the scale this week! Grrrrr 2.6 pounds Gone! Our goals are going to get her where she wants to be for summer. A cougar in a swim suit! Prrrr Here she comes Prince Albert!
