Good Strangers:
• Paramedics, police officers, fire fighters, teachers at your school, clerk in a store, security guard are some examples.
Bad Strangers:

  • • Someone, you do not know, who drives up to you while walking home offering you a ride.
  • • Someone, you do not know, who approaches you in a park
  • or playground to help you look for their pet or help them find something.
  • When approached by a BAD STRANGER walk or run away!
  • Scream loudly to attract other adults attention who might help you!
  • Go to the nearest neighbor or even local store to get help.
  • Always walk home with a friend or play in the playground with friends.
  • Pin a whistle to your coat so that in an emergency you can use it to call for help!
  • Keep walking if a bad stranger starts to talk to you.
  • If grabbed by a bad stranger kick, scream, bite do what ever to get away
