World Water Day Presentation – Burning Water at JMC

Tuesday, March 22, 7:00
Burning Water is a film about “frakking”—a dangerous gas extraction method that contaminates drinking water and an Alberta family in the oil and natural gas boom—their tap water can be lit on fire!

After the film, you’re invited to share a “30 second or less” talk, poem, song, story, and/or opinion about water. The guest speaker will be Deputy Mayor Cheryl Ring. Refreshments will be served—everyone welcome!
