Amenity expansions proposed at Alfred Jenkins Field House

New basketball courts, soccer pitches, and an accessible playground could be coming to the Alfred Jenkins Fields House, thanks to donations from a local philanthropist and community club.

Don't be alarmed if you see smoke coming from the drainage channel in Prince Albert over the next week. The city and fire department are working on a controlled burn of the area that will likely continue through early next week.

With the extreme wildfire risk and potential for more evacuations the province is recommending the public download the mobile app from Saskatchewan Emergency Alerts.

Inspection teams like this one can detect invasive species but the Saskatchewan Wildlife Federation is calling on all boaters to help keep zebra mussels out of the province by cleaning and drying their vessels and equipment before hitting the road.
