First Nations Summer Games announce four new sponsors

The Saskatchewan First Nation Summer Games is only 80 days away and has just received $229,500 in contributions on Thursday.

At the Summer Games office in Prince Albert’s Gateway Mall, four new sponsors announced donations to support special events.

St. Paul’s Church aims to send kids to camp

A fundraising campaign looking to send Prince Albert kids to camp is in its eighth year.

The ‘Tri to Send Kids to Camp’ campaign raises money to help send students from Riverside, Westview and King George Community Schools to summer camp.

No more waiting: More services for SK residents with intellectual disabilities

There’s new hope for those in Saskatchewan living with an intellectual disability. The government announced Monday that a wait list of 440 people struggling to find a place to live, or trying to find programs to fulfill their needs, is now gone.
