Sask. Caterpillar dealer Kramer sells to Finning for $230M

Kramer Ltd., Saskatchewan’s Caterpillar dealer, is selling the company to Finning for approximately $230 million.

Founded in 1944 by Robert A. Kramer, the company has been run by Tim Kramer for the past 23 years.

It was two days of learning about Saskatchewan agriculture for more than 700 students from 25 different schools.

On Tuesday and Wednesday, the Prince Albert Exhibition showcased agricultural education at the Chilling with Agriculture event.

Sask. researcher surprised by WHO report on Roundup

As farmers start planning out the coming crop year, there's a new World Health Organization (WHO) report to be aware of.

Glyphosate, the active ingredient in Roundup herbicide, is now listed as "probably" carcinogenic, meaning there's a chance it could cause cancer in humans.
