Aces trump opposition during weekend tournament

On Friday, the Prince Albert Aces showed why they’re the top ranked sides in Girls Prairie League Softball.

The U18 Aces picked up a tidy 8-3 win over the North Battleford Renegadez to improve their record to a division best 5-1 Friday at Prime Minister's Park.

Darchuk ready to take on the world

Prince Albert's Whitney Darchuk says it's her dream to compete at the CrossFit Games in California.

To accomplish that, she will have to finish in the Top 5 this weekend at the Western Regionals in Tacoma, Washington. After 5 events, she sits in 10th place with two events left today.

Two more District meet records set on Day One

For the second week in a row, St. Mary’s Nayan Chand broke the junior boys 100m hurdles record Wednesday at the North Central District Track and Field Meet at Prime Minister’s Park.

Chand completed the race in 14.57 seconds, which beat Connor Johnson’s previous record of 14.63 in 2013.
