Stepping Up Program for Men

The Stepping Up Program is a program to Help Men Build healthy relationships.

This is a  Life Improvement Program proudly developed and delivered by Catholic Family Services.

Stepping Up is a 13-week anger management program (one session a week) for men who have been abusive to their partners, and want to learn to build healthy relationships.  The program is designed to improve self-esteem and to learn anger management tools.  It teaches adult participants to cope with anger and control violence in their lives.

OUR PROGRAM BELIEFS:

                                        – Violence is LEARNED

                                        – Violence is CHOSEN

                                        – Violence is about POWER & CONTROL

                                        – ENDING violence is possible

                                        – Learning non-violence is a PROCESS

STEPPING UP teaches accountability, responsibility, and integrity in changing behaviours and teaches forgiveness.
