The only thing better than a fishing weekend is a FREE fishing weekend!
From February 17 to 19, residents and visitors can fish in any Saskatchewan waterbody that has an open sport fishing season, without purchasing a fishing license.
Be sure to test the ice thickness before travelling on it. A minimum of 10 cm of good ice is required for walking and 30 cm for light vehicle travel.
