Remembrance Day Thank Yous

Nov 20, 2017 | 10:23 AM

The Prince Albert Legion’s poppy campaign was held again this year leading up to Remembrance Day.

We had a fantastic response from the public in donations and our volunteer corps was truly as awesome as ever.

The turnout at the Remembrance Day Service at the PA Armoury was overwhelming. What a great crowd and so many poppies!

It was our great pleasure, along with that of our cooperating organizations, to provide all the caring people of this area, with such a meaningful ceremony.

A special thank you to all our cooperating agencies that participated in the service, the veterans, the march-on-off parade, and the bands that wowed us with their inspiring music.
