Winter Realignment Yoga is set to begin in January with Perfect Balance Yoga.

Register early and take advantage of the chance to have first choice of days and times for classes. Completed registration and waiver forms, along with a $25 deposit (cash, cheque, or Etransfers) will hold you space in the class you choose.
