PA Sharks Swim Club Continues to Excel

Twenty four swimmers from the Prince Albert Sharks Swim Club participated in the Lasers short course swim meet Nov 26.
Sharks swimmers achieved fantastic results in the competition held in Saskatoon, including a huge number of personal best times achieved. The results show a massive development in the performance level of Shark swimmers competing against other swimmers from different clubs.
- Here are highlights from the swim meet:
Clara G: Fourth in the 400-metre individual medley and placed fifth in the 100- meter Back. She achieved personal best times in all her races. - Gillian H : Fourth in 50-metre backstroke and sixth in the 100-metre Backstroke. Also achieved 5 “A” times
- Maia L: First in 50-metre Butterfly and in the 200-metre Freestyle. Third in the 50-meter Breaststroke and 200-meter backstroke.
- Della A: Fifth in 200-metre Freestyle and and sixth in the 50-metre Freestyle.
- Miakaela A: She achieved personal best times 100 & 200-meter freestyle, and 100-meter Backstroke.
- Brooklyn D: Achieved “A” time in the 50 and 100- meter freestyle. She achieved personal best times in all her races.
- Jalen L: First in the 25-meter Backstroke. She achieved personal best times in the 50-meter Freestyle.
- Natasha C: achieved “A” times in the 50- meter freestyle for 15, 16&over girls. She achieved personal best times in the 200-meter Individual medley.
- Abigail A : She achieved personal best times in 100-meter individual medley.
- Sophie M: new personal best times in50-meter butterfly and 100-meter freestyle.
- Avery M: She achieved personal best times in all of her races.
- Reid E: Achieved personal best times in all of his races.
- Jackson M: he achieved personal best times in all of his races. Also, achieved NAIG qualifying time in the 50 Free (cut B)
- Jaxen S: Fifth in the 200 -metre Breaststroke.
- Cohen G: Third in the 100-meter Freestyle and fifth in the 25 -meter butterfly and backstroke. he achieved personal best times in all of his races.
- Sophia W: Achieved “A” time in the 200- metre Breaststroke and three best personal times.
- Emma G: She achieved personal best times in The 50-meter freestyle.
- Jamie C: Seventh in the 50-meter Freestyle.
- Payton D: Third in the 50-meter Backstroke.
- Jillian J: She achieved personal best times in the 50-meter freestyle.
- Grace M: She achieved personal best times in all of her races.
Head coach, Dr. Hazem Hussein said, “The meet was a huge success for all our swimmers,” said head coach Dr. Hazem Hussein, “absolutely shredding their best personal times and achieving more than 12 “A” times.
