“We always try to take that extra step and we can do repairs on any kind of plumbing and heating system whether it’s residential or commercial,” he added.

Something new that is now being offered at Thorpe Brothers is a furnace rental program. For around the same price as a cell phone bill homeowners can now make payment installments for a brand new furnace instead of having to automatically pay for it upfront.

“It’s a 10 year program,” said Thorpe. “There is no upfront costs, fees or hidden costs and all services and repairs that need to be done during that time are done for free.”

“Everyone needs hot water and heat in their home and this is just one more way that we can cater to our customers.”
