Naomi originally opened the business part time because the flexibility was able to accommodate her family’s schedule and now it has grown into a thriving full time business in Prince Albert. Absolute Maids started almost 8 years ago and has a second location in Edmonton Naomi is now looking to expand further into Saskatchewan, Alberta and Manitoba.

Absolute Maids offers professional cleaning for home and work. There are a multitude of services for different aspects in your life. 24-hour janitorial services are available 7 days a week from routine office cleaning to stripping and waxing floors, and also post construction cleanup.

A favourite among clients is scheduled biweekly cleaning to keep your home looking and feeling fresh so you can get your kids to their sports or other activities without having to worry about finding the time to clean your home.

More popular services include the tough jobs. Spring or fall cleaning could entail washing walls, windows, cabinets, baseboards and more. A common question for Absolute Maids would be about the products they use. Naomi says, “Every client is different. Some want that clean smell, and some want no smell due to allergies, so we try to tailor to clients’ needs.” They carry environmentally safe products that are Canadian Government Approved and if anyone has a specific request, then they can leave it out for the staff to use in their home.

Sometimes Naomi finds that clients may believe they are using a cleaner or chemical properly, when in fact they may be damaging their property by using cleaners incorrectly. That is why Absolute Maids staff receive full training on how to use their cleaning agents to provide an efficient and safe clean.

One of the satisfactions about owning Absolute Maids is making clients happy. An important part of their values are customer service, communication and mutual respect.
