Tru North Yamaha, RV & Marine is the best one stop shop for everyone’s recreation needs. They are the 2014 Best of the Best winner for Best Boat/Marine.

“We want to be the last stop before the lake,” said Nicole Squires, parts and service manager at Tru North Yamaha, RV & Marine. “We want to have everything here and we almost do.”

“We don’t sell gas and we don’t sell groceries but we can get you going in every other way,” she added.

Tru North Yamaha, RV & Marine has been in business for 11 years and they have built a reputation for being the best place to shop for boats, travel trailers, fifth wheels, and extended stay trailers. They only sell great quality, which includes a full line of Yamaha products including snowmobiles, quads, motorbikes, generators, and of course outboard motors.

“Yamaha is simply the best when it comes to reliability,” said Squires. “They are well known for how well they perform and how well they last.”

Squires said in June of 2013 and then again in June of 2014 the staff at Tru North Yamaha, RV & Marine successfully sold over 150 Yamaha outboard motors in those months alone. She said according to Yamaha Motor Canada they have had the most outboard motor sales across Canada during the month of June for the last two years.

Since they opened in 2003 Tru North Yamaha, RV & Marine has expanded from only three staff to 22. Squires said most of the staff have industry specific training and are passionate about what they do.

“Most of our staff either live at the lake or have a place at the lake, so they are near the water all the time,” said Squires.

“We have a very good reputation…we sell so many boats.”

Boats that are available at Tru North Yamaha, RV & Marine include Xcursion pontoon boats plus Smoker Craft and G3 fishing and recreation boats. When customers purchase a boat at Tru North it doesn’t have to end there they can also choose from a variety of services or extra’s to add to their boat.

“We are power sports, water sports and we service all of that,” said Squires.

“And when people buy a boat right from us we can do them up right away with either convertible tops, full enclosures or just travelling covers, we build them right here so it completely custom to fit to your boat,” she added.

Squires said they can offer pretty much anything when it comes to special features customers may desire to add on to their new boat.

“We sell them plain jane just your aluminum shell or we have them all decked out with all the bells and whistles, so an extra trolling motor, extra kicking motor or maybe a top of the line fish finder,” she said.

You can put almost everything into a boat, we have porta potties for pontoons boats, and we have barbeques,” she added.

Tru North Yamaha, RV & Marine offers a variety of water recreation equipment including wake boards, water ski’s, wet suits, life jackets, etc. They also have an extensive line of men and women’s clothing available in their show room.
