Miske leads comeback as Raiders ground 'Birds

Down 4-3 after two periods, Raiders captain Curtis Miske delivered a three-point third period to complete a 6-4 comeback victory over the Seattle Thunderbirds at the ShoWare Center in Kent, WA on Tuesday night.

The Raiders are currently in Cranbrook, B.C., preparing for Friday night's contest against the Kootenay Ice before continuing on to Portland for a Sunday game against the Winterhawks.

The Prince Albert Raiders watched a third period lead disappear as the Moose Jaw Warriors struck four times in the final nine minutes of Thursday night’s game, beating the Raiders 5-2 at Mosaic Place in Moose Jaw.

Raiders prepared for challenging schedule

It’s a tough road ahead for the Prince Albert Raiders, with a trio of games this weekend against the top two teams in the WHL’s Eastern Conference before heading out on a grueling six-game, 12-day road trip through the western United States next week.
