Woman struck at Cornerstone

A woman in Prince Albert was taken to hospital after being struck by a pickup truck Wednesday morning.

The collision happened near the Bank of Montreal parking lot at Cornerstone just before 10 a.m. Police, fire and ambulance were all on scene to assist.

10th annual Give a Little Life Day raises $393,239

The 10th annual Give a Little Life Day was a huge success.

Funds raised will go towards the purchase of seven telemetry units for Victoria Hospital’s Intensive Care Unit (ICU), which serve as important heart monitoring systems for patients with heart or respiratory conditions.
