Mayor of P.A. promises gun return program as licensing discussion heats up

The mayor of Prince Albert has announced council is working on a program to help reduce firearm thefts.

Calling in to Talk Back with Brandon Graziano on CKBI Friday morning Greg Dionne said they were looking at introducing an initiative for gun returns.

Rob Clarke withdraws from SaskParty leadership race

Rob Clarke has dropped-out of the running for the SaskParty leadership.

The late incoming candidate is now also the first to leave before party membership votes in January. Clarke said he will now put his support behind Ken Cheveldayoff.

Christmas tree harvest in full swing at Prince Albert National Park

Calls of 'timber' will echo through Prince Albert National Park in the coming weeks, as the site has embarked on its second Christmas Tree Harvest.

The event grants visitors the opportunity to chop down and bring home their very own tree for the holiday season.
