Fire destroys Wollaston Lake Hall

A fire in Wollaston Lake has claimed three buildings.

RCMP were called out at about 2 a.m. on Wednesday. They received a report that the Wollaston Lake Hall was engulfed in flames.

RCMP attended, when they arrived on scene the Hatchet Lake First Nation fire department was already fighting the fire.

Firefighting efforts were unsuccessful. The hall and two adjacent garages were destroyed.
