P.A.’s Wells leads Lobstick Open after opening day

Prince Albert’s Ryan Wells leads the 2018 Men’s Lobstick Open after day one at the Waskesiu Golf Course. 

Wells shot a 68 on Monday and is one of just two golfers currently sitting under par at -2. The other is Roman Timmerman of Saskatoon, who shot a 69. Timmerman sits on top of the full-week tournament.

Also in the top five of the open is Prince Albert’s Cory Sawchuk at +1.

The Lobstick Open will wrap up on Tuesday. The Lobstick as a whole will run all the way until Saturday.
