Prince Albert’s Ryan Rohovich is looking to add some gold to his waist.

On May 26, the local MMA fighter will face Vancouver’s Achilles Estremadura for the Battlefield Fight League’s 155-pound title. The match is scheduled to take place at the Hardrock Casino in Coquitlam, B.C.

Rohovich has a record of 0-1 in the BFL but has a pro record of 4-3. His opponent is 2-0 in the BFL.

Rohovich has just returned from training at the Tristar gym in Montreal, one of the top MMA training camps in the world. Well-known UFC fighters such as Georges St. Pierre, Kenny Florian, and Miguel Torres have also trained there.
