Coroner confirms missing P.A. woman deceased

The office of Saskatchewan’s Chief Coroner has confirmed the human remains found in a residence in the Nordale area last month are those missing of a Prince Albert woman.
 
Brandy Busch, 39, was reported missing Feb. 18. Neighbours told paNOW they gave Busch a ride into Prince Albert on the Friday so she could get her medicine. The cause of death has not been released although Prince Albert Police have said foul play is not suspected.
 
Neighbours told paNOW Busch lived in the house with her mother and her dogs. They said prior to Busch’s disappearance and eventual death, and the mother had been away for weeks. 
 
The Ministry of Justice informed paNOW through an email statement the Office of the Chief Coroner would be unable to provide any further details until the investigation was completed. The statement said the investigation could take about six months.
