Carlton basketball teams shoot for success

The Crusaders’ basketball season is off to a great start.

One week after finishing third at their home tournament, the senior boys’ team finished second this past weekend at a tournament in Warman.

The senior girls’s team played Saskatoon Centennial on Friday, in an exhibition game and won 71-60.

This weekend the senior boys are in Birch Hills at the Christmas Classic, while the girls play in Saskatoon at St. Joseph High School.

Not to be outdone, the junior boys and girls also did well at their respective tournaments in Yorkton and Melfort, winning in the consolation final.
