All four P.A. v-ball teams heading to high school provincials

The St. Mary Marauders and Carlton Crusaders will send all four of their senior high school volleyball teams to provincials this season, after they all advanced from the 5A North Regionals Friday and Saturday at St. Mary High School.
The Marauders won the boys tournament on their home court, beating the Meadow Lake Carpenter Spartans in the final in two sets. Since Meadow Lake will serve as the 5A Provincials host team Nov. 17-18, meaning the bronze medal winning Crusaders will head to the provincials as well.
In the girls draw, the Crusaders beat the Melfort Comets in straight sets in the finals. The Crusaders and the Comets will advance to the 5A Girls Provincials in Melfort. The Marauders girls finished third in that tournament to also earn a spot.
