Brad Wall promoting Sask. food products and agriculture plants
Brad Wall is on what’s being called a “Saskatchewan Ingredients Tour” for the next couple of weeks.
The premier began his tour at the CanMar Grain Products plant in Regina Monday, a company that turns the flaxseed grown here into products that are sold around the world.
“There are now more than 300 food companies operating in the province that generate more than $4 billion in revenues and employ about 5,000 people,” Wall said.
“Throughout Saskatchewan, companies are adding value to what we grow, and in the process, creating jobs and opportunity.”
