8-hour road closure in East Hill

Residents in the East Hill might need to choose a different route today.
From 9 a.m. until 5 p.m., 22nd St. E. between Fifth and Sixth Avenues will be closed.
The city said contract work will be performed, and advises motorists to use caution in the area, reduce speed and watch for workers.
