P.A. police lay charges in end-of-the-year stabbings

Prince Albert police have laid charges in two separate stabbing incidents which happened during the last days of 2016.

On Dec. 29, at roughly 3 a.m., police were called to a home in the 800 Block of Fifth St. E. after a man was reported stabbed. The man was found with two wounds and transported to the Victoria Hospital.  

Later that same day, at 7 a.m., police were later called to the 900 Block of Central Ave. after another man was reported stabbed. The man was also found with a stab wound and transported to the Victoria Hospital.

Phillip Peter Charles, 33, is wanted by police for two counts of both aggravated assault and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
