UPDATE: Police determined no immediate threat at St. Mary High School

UPDATE: At roughly 3:50  p.m. Dec. 7, police were made aware of a threat posted on social media. After speaking with staff, police determined there was no immediate danger. A suspect has been identified and police have been in contact with this individual.

Confusion reigned at St. Mary High School this afternoon as an incident unfolded.

Principal Mark Phaneuf confirmed an indirect threat was made against the school.

“This is under investigation and we have involved the police,” he said.
