RBC donates $10K to P.A. YWCA

Refugees calling Prince Albert home will now have an easier time finding work, thanks to a big donation to P.A.’s YWCA.

The Royal Bank of Canada donated $10,000 to the Settlement Services branch of the organization.

The money will support employment related activities.

Settlement counsellor Jesse Kindrachuk said a new employment counsellor position is being created.

The employment counsellor will assist with job seeking, such as preparing resumes and making contacts with employers.
