Large grow-op discovered northeast of Regina; over 400 marijuana plants seized

A large marijuana grow operation was shut-down by police on the File Hills First Nation, northeast of Regina.

File Hills First Nation police, along with Fort Qu’Appelle RCMP, the F Division Integrated Drug Unit, and the Canadian Armed Forces, seized roughly 450 mature plants and 46 pounds of product ready for sale, plus a large amount of greenhouse equipment.

RCMP said the investigation is ongoing and did not indicate whether suspects were arrested or charged.
