Smeaton Health Centre closes temporarily due to staff shortage

Residents serviced by Smeaton Health Centre, may have to look elsewhere to their health needs from Thursday, June 16 to Friday, June 17.

The Health Centre will be closed on dates mentioned above due to a staffing shortage.

In case of life-threatening situations that need immediate medical attention, you can call 911 for emergency services or present yourself at Nipawin Hospital or Melfort Hospital for immediate medical attention.

Residents can also reach the provincial Healthline at 811 any time of the day for professional medical or mental health advice.

Smeaton Health Centre will return to regular hours on Monday, June 20 at 11:45 a.m.
