Conservative incumbent still a no-show for Thursday debate

It's still anybody's guess whether Saskatoon-Rosetown-Biggar Conservative candidate Kelly Block will attend a forum put on by the Riversdale Community Association (RCA) Thursday night.

Block's campaign team wouldn't confirm if she'd be there when the invitations were sent out in early April, citing a prior obligation.

RCA president Doug Ramage says it's important to have everyone there.

“I mean, it's hard to have an all-candidates forum when one of the candidates has decided she has better things to do.”

However Ramage hopes Block will change her mind, even if it's at the last minute.
