Midtown and East Flat residents awake in the early morning hours on Thursday, might have smelled some thick smoke covering their neighbourhoods.

The fire department extinguished the fire and cleaned up the scene in roughly an hour, leaving the address at 6:15 a.m.

The cause of the fire and amount of damage sustained is unknown. Belton said no one was hurt in the blaze.
