Kinsmen Water Park vandal avoids paying fine

Another one of the men responsible for vandalizing Kinsmen Water Park last summer has been sentenced.

Johnny McKay will work off his fines through the alternative measures program.

He was one of five people charged in connection to the incident last July. 

Over $5,000 in damages were done.

Devon Ratt, 19, from Prince Albert, has also been sentenced.  He received a $100 fine.

Daniel Ratt, 18, has not shown up for court and a bench warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Two 17-year-old youth were also charged in connection with the incident.
