City now accepting applications for city grant program

The City of Prince Albert is now accepting applications for the 2016 Community Grant program.

The program assists in the development of sport, culture and recreation programs by providing funds to non-profit community organizations operated by volunteers.

The goal of this program is to get people involved in sport, culture and recreation activities by enabling communities to address the needs of local residents.

The deadline for the grant program is Jan. 15 2016.

All projects applying for the grant must use the funding between April 1, 2016 and March 31, 2017 and meet the eligibility guidelines that are set out for the program.
