Province getting a break from snow

Nov 25, 2015 | 6:48 AM

After a fresh dump of snow Tuesday, the province is waking up to a clearer day, but with it comes a chilling wind.

Depending on where you live in Saskatchewan, Environment Canada reported between 10 and 12 centimetres of snow piled up yesterday leading to poor driving conditions.

Between 6 a.m. and 4 p.m., Saskatoon police received reports of 27 crashes. Nobody involved was seriously injured.

A crash just outside of Saskatoon claimed the life of one driver after a collision with a semi truck.
