Prince Albert judo athletes not afraid to toss their weight around

A number of local judo athletes took home medals last weekend after a provincial competition in Saskatoon.

The competition was divided into two events including stand up and ground work.

Stand up:

Megan Neuman took gold in the senior womens’ division (-78/-80kg weight class).

Blake Callaghan took bronze in the U14/U16 male category (-46/-50kg)

Ground work:

Rylan Morrison, Ryan Morrison, Lyla Neubuhr, Dalton Caldwell all took home gold in their respective divisions.

A number of athletes from La Ronge also competed and took home their share of medals.
