Monday lane restriction in P.A.

Traffic will likely be running slowly down 2nd Ave. W. starting Monday afternoon.
Lane restrictions will be in place between 12th and 15th St. while camera testing is done on the lines put in on 2nd Ave. W.
The restrictions will begin at 1 p.m. Monday and are anticipated to last until 5 p.m. Tuesday.
Lane restrictions will change throughout the duration of the work as testing is completed at each manhole. One lane of traffic will be closed at a time.
