Oct 18, 2010 | 11:21 AM

Construction acvtivity is once again happening in the Canada Building on Central Avenue.
According Dennis Ehlert, with Solid Rock Carpentry and Renovation, the building was purchased by Calgary Investor, Steve King.
Ehlert's crew has been on the job for two weeks doing demolition.
He will also be involved with the refurbishment.
“The plan as far as I know, is to get the hallways framed and get to get the five existing suites completed,” said Ehlert.
The building went into foreclosure last year when VL Futures stopped making payments on a reported $800,000 mortgage on the property.
