Hot weather causing problems

According to a release from Parkland Ambulance, the hot and humid weather this weekend “has resulted in a few incidents of heat related problems.”

They remind people to take precaution when outside in warmer weather. Drink plenty of water, rest often if working outside and wear a hat and cool off in the shade.
