P.A. police identify seriously injured male

Prince Albert Police Service (PAPS) have identified a male who is now in hospital.

According to PAPS, around 12:30 a.m. on Saturday officers responded to the 400 block of Fifth Avenue East for a complaint of a “person down.”

Once they were on scene they found a First Nations male around the ages of 15 to 20 years old with short black hair and brown eyes.  PAPS said he was unresponsive and injured, and was taken to hospital.

Parkland Ambulance said the male had serious injuries. He was taken to Victoria Hospital, but has since been transported to Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon where he remains in serious condition.
