Peewee Astro boys off to impressive start

The Peewee Astros boys fastball team took gold in a weekend early bird tournament.

After three round robin games, the Astros faced off against the Saskatoon Selects in the finals.

That game included great play from Brennon Parenteau and Brayden Schnider who got home runs in the 7-0 game.

Pitcher Troy Preymack through a perfect game through four innings, with 10 strikeouts.

Those three players are the only returning players from last year’s Western Canadaian championship team.
