GALLERY: Inducted into the hall

The Prince Albert Sports Hall of Fame celebrated their 25th induction ceremonial banquet Saturday at the Ches Leach Lounge.
Two athletes were inducted into the halls – Herb Goldhawk in judo and Denis Pederson in hockey – as were builders Harvey Lavigne, Zenon Markowsky, Jackie Packet. Jim Flynn made it in for his meritorious service, while the 1993 and 1994 Carlton Crusaders senior girl’s volleyball teams were inducted for winning back-to-back provincial titles.
The Prince Albert Mintos organization was named as the sports association of the year. It’s the third association to receive the award.
