Fathers and daughters deck themselves out for gala

Apr 18, 2015 | 3:47 PM

Daughters and fathers of all ages in Prince Albert dressed up in their finest on Friday night for the Warren Harper Memorial Father-Daughter Gala.

Now in its fourth year, the gala raises money for non-profit organizations. This year the proceeds are going towards the Canadian Cancer Society and the Prince Albert Raiders Education fund. The gala was put on by the Prince Albert Raiders and Canadian Tire.

Doug Arden – a comedian, magician and ventriloquist – entertained the guests at the Ches Leach Lounge with his humour, sleight of hand, and interactive performance.

Paul Lomheim and Roger Boucher also performed on stage.
