La Ronge area under snowfall warning

Mar 31, 2015 | 4:24 PM

The snowfall warnings are not over in La Ronge and some areas of northern Saskatchewan despite spring’s recent arrival.

Environment Canada issued a warning that 10 to 15 centimetres of snow could hit those areas, starting on Wednesday morning and tapering off by the night.

The heaviest band of snow is expected between Buffalo Narrows and Pelican Narrows.

This is due to a low pressure system moving across the province.
