Lights out in downtown PA

Oct 16, 2010 | 10:40 AM

It's a dark morning in downtown Prince Albert.
Residents who live between River Street and 22nd St. have been without power since 5 a.m.
James Parker, SaskPower spokesman, said a car hit a power pole this morning.
He is not sure of how many people it affects, but said “a number of blocks” have no power.
They are working to get the lights back on. Parker said they hope to be done a little after noon.
