High school basketball…

Carlton High School hosted a senior girls basketball tournament.
 
In the bronze medal game, Carlton beat St Mary 55-37.
 
The senior boys were in North Battleford.  St. Mary seniors boys captured gold, while the Carlton squad lost out in the bronze medal game.

Racquetball…

A big weekend for two local racquetball players at the Precision Racquetball Tournament in Regina.
 
J.R. MacDonald finished first, without dropping a single game in his 6 matches, in the Men’s A division.
 
He and his partner Loren Renouf  finished first in the Open Doubles division.  Renouf also won first in the Men’s 45+ division.
